Cooking Instructions (From Frozen)
First, defrost fish and cranberry sauce.
Once defrosted, take the fish out of vacuum pack.
Heat pan to high heat and pan fry the fish with a little olive oil/ cooking oil until fully cooked. Plate the fish and add the Cranberry Sauce and Pistachio for garnish.
Boil (From Frozen)
First, use scissors and cut along the dotted line to remove the labels.
Bring water to boiling point. Submerge pack.
Set timer for 10-13 minutes and close lid.
Once cooked, combine with Cranberry Sauce and add Pistachio for garnish.
