Ginger Garlic Steamed Fish

Our pure white Barramundi fish is marinated in a Ginger Garlic Sauce comprising of ginger, garlic, olive oil, shallots, chicken stock, a pinch of salt and topped off with leek. Our fish is prepped using the Ikejime method (a Japanese fish preparation method) which preserves the fish’s flavour, tender texture and keeps it ultra-fresh.

Cooking Instructions (From Frozen)

First, use scissors and cut along the dotted line to remove the label. (for both boil & microwave)

Boil

Bring water to boiling point. Submerge pack. Set timer for 13-15 minutes and close lid.

Or

Microwave (All microwave times are per portion)

Cut a 1 cm opening

Place pack upright in a bowl & microwave for 4-5 minutes.
