First, tear along the dotted line to remove the label. 

Boil

Bring water to boiling point. Submerge pack. Set timer for 13-15 minutes and close lid.

Or

Microwave (All microwave times are per portion)

Cut a 1 cm opening

Place pack upright in a bowl & microwave for 2-3 minutes.
