INGREDIENTS:
Butter Parsley Prawns: prawns, garlic butter, parsley, salt, lemon.
Sauteed Mushroom & Broccoli: broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, chilli flakes.
ALLERGENS: Crustaceans
Not suitable for those allergic to any of the above allergens.
Cooking Methods & Times

Cooking Instructions (From Frozen)
Step 1: Prepare Packs
Using scissors, cut along the dotted line to remove the label from both packs.
Option 1: Boil (Best for hands-off cooking)
- Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
- Submerge both packs in the water.
- Close the lid and cook for 10–13 minutes.
- Remove carefully, open packs, and combine to serve.
Option 2: Microwave (Quick & easy)
(All microwave times are per portion)
- Cut a 1 cm opening in each pack.
- Place packs upright in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave timings:
- Butter-Parsley Prawns: 3–4 minutes
- Broccoli & Mushrooms: 2–3 minutes
- Combine and serve once both are piping hot.
👨🍳 Chef Mode (Pan-Fry for best flavour & texture)
Butter-Parsley Prawns
- Heat a pan over medium heat (no oil needed).
- Add the frozen prawns directly to the pan.
- Cook for 4–6 minutes, stirring gently, until prawns are opaque and coated in the butter-parsley sauce.
Broccoli & Mushrooms
- Heat a separate pan (or reuse the same pan after the prawns).
- Add the frozen broccoli & mushrooms with a small splash of water or oil.
- Pan-fry for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly caramelised.
Combine, season to taste, and serve.
