Can I place a big order to cater for an event?
Yes. In the event that you would like to place a large order, send over the details to hello@mealsinminutes.co and we will do our best to make it happen for you.
Can I recycle the vacuum packs?
Yes! Please Recycle our vacuum packs by washing out after use and returning them to us free of charge in the envelope we have included in your order box.
How do you deliver frozen goods?
Our delivery partner, Golog uses special boxes with ice packs and insulation so your meals remain frozen when they get to you. Once received, please pop them into your freezer immediately.
I want to order Meals in Minutes but my area is not within the delivery radius
Aw, we feel you. We can’t promise anything at the moment, but do send us an email at hello@mealsinminutes.co or fill in our contact form telling us which area you’re located in and if we get enough requests we will consider adding your area to the list!
What if I am not at home to receive my order?
Our delivery partner will call you prior to dispatch to ensure you will be at home and available to receive your order. If you aren’t home, please ensure someone is there to receive it. If we attempt delivery but you are not at home, a second delivery will be attempted the next day. If that fails too, we will cancel the order and issue a refund (minus the delivery cost). For delivery areas and times, see delivery.
What if I have food allergies?
Our food may contain traces of nuts, fish, seafood, milk, wheat, gluten, yeast, soybeans or sesame. It is not suitable for those allergic to these ingredients.
What is sous vide?
Sous Vide is a French method of cooking food in vacuum sealed bags in water below boiling temperatures for 1-4 hours. Our method differs slightly, as our vacuum packs are food grade, BPA-free, boil-safe, and microwave & freezer friendly. This means that you can pop them straight into boiling water and have your food ready in a matter of minutes instead of waiting hours before your food is cooked.
